Cricket
Caesar
Caesar was brought into Ponies North two years ago from a horse rescue facility. He has been our only non mustang and was quickly accepted by our other mustangs. His combination of kindness and disciplined behavior has made him a valuable member of the Ponies North team.
Cricket is a Appaloosa mustang mare born in 2020. She was gathered from Civil-Trigo HMA, an area outside the Yuma proving grounds north of Yuma, Arizona. She was donated to the Ponies North program in June of 2024.
Jake
Jake is a 23 year old mustang from the BLM holding pens, and was adopted by a lady who had difficulty training him to be a saddle horse. She then passed away, and Jake has been in a corral by himself for the last almost 5 years without any human contact.
He too, is making great progress. He came to the program first week of October 2023.
